An introductory session with the trip supervisor to learn about the secrets of Nubia and its civilization. | Day Two in Aswan | Eat breakfast. A Nile cruise with a tour guide, passing through: Saluga and Ghazal Reserve - Villa Munir - Nilometer - First Cataract - Awlad Cataract - Elephantine Island - Temple of Khnum - Aswan Island - Tombs of the Nobles - Qubbet el-Hawa. Visit Plant Island. Return via the Aga Khan Mausoleum and some islands and nature reserves. Visit Safwat Plateau and enjoy a traditional coffee. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride along the Aswan Corniche. Free time in Downtown Aswan and the tourist market to buy souvenirs and popular Nubian and Aswan products. Return to your accommodation and have dinner. |
| Day Three in Luxor | Head to Luxor with a tour guide. Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut. Visit the Valley of the Kings. Viewing the Colossi of Memnon. Visiting the alabaster factory. Have lunch at Villa Carter restaurant. Head to the hotel to rest. Evening: Heading to the New Year's Eve party (as part of the program), which includes an open buffet dinner and various entertainment. Return to the hotel. |
| Day 4 departure | Eat breakfast. Leaving the rooms. Head with a tour guide to visit Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. Transportation is provided from Luxor (a free service not linked to train schedules). |
