First: Requirements and Required Documents
- Personal ID card for each adult - Marriage certificate or personal ID card of the wife stating the husband's name.
- Booking document (booking receipt) from the company - Children's birth certificates to be presented upon request.
- All preventive and precautionary measures are being taken in hotels and buses.
- Passport for non-Egyptians and proof of residence, if applicable.
- Hotel check-in starts at 2 pm.
- Check-out time at the hotel is 10:00 AM, and the customer bears any costs that the hotel may impose as a result of the customer's delay.
- Prices are for Egyptians and residents only.
- The location of the hotel rooms is determined by the hotel reception at the time of check-in, and is not chosen in advance.
- The departure date for the trip is confirmed no later than one day before the departure date, through a telephone call from our company to the client.
- Adherence to sitting in the chair assigned and specified by the company supervisor.
Second: Booking cancellation policy
- In the event of any exceptional circumstances on the part of the hotel or company that lead to the cancellation of the reservation, it is the company’s responsibility to provide another reservation in terms of star level or to refund the full amount paid.
- If the customer cancels the trip one day after booking, 5% of the total amount will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled one week before the date, 50% of the booking value will be deducted.
- If the customer cancels the booking three days before the trip, the full amount will be deducted.
